Job SummaryWe are looking for a Sales Account Executive who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and solutions that meet client needs.The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B sales or account management, with strong communication and negotiation skills. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients and achieve sales targets while maintaining long-term partnerships.We follow a hybrid work schedule, with most days of the week working onsite at our headquarters in Quezon City—giving you the best of both worlds: flexibility and strong collaboration with colleagues.Key QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.Expertise:Strong background in customer relationship management and solution-based selling.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in client presentations, pipeline management, and sales reporting.Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong business acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities.Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple accounts.Mindset: Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
