You'll support Account Managers, ensuring clients unlock the full potential of our powerful platform. From client onboarding and coaching to performance monitoring and upselling, you’ll help shape world-class experiences that drive results.What You'll Do:Act as a trusted partner for a portfolio of clients, supporting their goals and helping them succeed.Assist in onboarding new clients and tailoring accounts for optimal performance.Provide daily support, training, and troubleshooting for clients and internal team members.Identify growth opportunities and help upsell additional features and services.Monitor service delivery performance and implement efficiency solutions.Contribute to executive-level reporting and strategic insights.What You Bring:Experience in Hospitality, PR, Event Management, Marketing, Talent Recruitment, or Retail.Stellar interpersonal and relationship-building skills.A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities.Strong organizational and communication abilities.Full fluency in English.Why Join Us?At The Secret Society, excellence doesn't go unnoticed.
