This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment where you’ll help transform customers’ businesses — and be rewarded for your impact.As a Sales Account Manager, you will: Align with the company’s strategic objectives while managing and expanding revenue and market share within designated Enterprise accounts.Drive customer success at every level of the client organization by developing and executing business plans that address key priorities and critical needs.Gather and communicate insights on customer technology footprints, growth strategies, and competitive landscapes to shape account strategy.Introduce product and service specialists as needed, while maintaining overall ownership and oversight of the account.Build strong, trust-based relationships across multiple levels, including executive sponsors, influencers, and decision makers.Lead and close large-scale transactions, ensuring the successful delivery of complex deals.Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and coordinate internal teams to deliver results.Consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets across new business, expansions, renewals, professional services, and training.We’re excited about you if you have: Minimum 6+ years of exceeding enterprise software sales targets Experience working with enterprise customers in FSI, manufacturing and or government companies Fast-moving start-up and vertical use case-driven experience Data management or Data warehousing experience Containers, Kubernetes and public cloud infrastructure technology knowledge and experience is a plusAbility to travel domestically and internationallyFour-year degree (Bachelor's) from an accredited university required This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorshipWhat you can expect from us:Generous PTO Policy Support work life balance with Unplugged DaysFlexible WFH Policy Mental & Physical Wellness programs Phone and Internet Reimbursement program Access to Continued Career Development Comprehensive Benefits and Competitive Packages Paid Volunteer TimeEmployee Resource GroupsEEO/VEVRAA
