This includes our FLEXBenefits wellbeing spending account with over 1,000 eligible items selected by employees, our mental and financial health resources, and our personalized learning opportunities - just to name a few!Job DescriptionYour ImpactThe main job is to propose/sell security platforms to large domestic companiesBased on the approximately 25 large companies you are in charge of, you will create a territory plan and plan which products to target which accounts and whenYou will then create an account plan for each company and create specific business negotiationsYou will both develop new customers and make proposals to existing customersYou will work with the marketing and inside sales departments to acquire leadsYou will understand the client's issues and needs and propose ways to solve those issuesYou will work with your paired SE, the product department's sales and SE, and other security specialist teams to solve the issuesYou will also work with partner companies to create win-win situations and advance business negotiationsThe progress of business negotiations will be updated on CRMYou will manage quarterly figures in weekly forecast meetingsWe will also provide frequent study sessions and discussions within the team, so we will disseminate and share informationQualificationsYour ExperienceRequired (MUST)3+ years of experience in high-touch corporate sales3+ years of experience in IT solutions salesAbility to build relationships with customer management and department manager levelPresentation skillsPlanning skills such as territory plans and account plansAbility to achieve quarterly numerical targetsWant (WANT)English (advantageous for keeping up with the latest information)Experience handling security productsExperience handling network productsExperience handling cloud productsDesired personalityOpportunities will increase for those with a strong desire for self-achievement and self-growthAble to adapt flexibly to change and enjoy the environmentA person who wants to build a career in an exciting environment where the company is growingAdditional InformationThe TeamAs part of the Major Account Sales Division, this team is responsible for new development and account management for major account customers.
