The details are waiting for you below!ResponsibilitiesManage the sales funnel tool and perform systematic analysis of profit and loss topics,Prepare and report short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasts,Analyze competitors’ activities, products, and pricing strategies,Identify market requirements and opportunities to achieve field sales and profitability targets,Track tender processes, set sales targets and business plans, and ensure their achievement,Manage budgeting processes for assigned accounts,Plan, organize, and conduct customer visits,Carry out activities aimed at acquiring new customers,Develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction,Actively represent the brand and participate in national and international congresses and trade fairs,Establish mechanisms to monitor customers’ purchasing activities and continuously update information about hospitals,Communicate and regularly update all required reports with relevant departments in a timely manner,Promote new products and services to potential customers and convert them into sales opportunities,Introduce and implement new promotional and sales-enhancing projects.QualificationsPreferably a bachelor's degree in science or engineering,Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry,Strong business acumen and analytical skills,A team player with the ability to gain the support of colleagues,Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (preferred),Strong presentation skills,Proficiency in MS Office applications,Willingness and ability to travel,For male candidates, military service must be completed.
