For over 30 years, we have supported large international organizations in managing strategy execution, innovation, and capital-intensive projects through our platform.With more than 500 customers worldwide and continued growth in the Middle East, Planisware is strengthening its presence in the GCC region.About the RoleAs a Sales Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for high-profile clients across the GCC.You will drive new business acquisition while managing enterprise sales cycles and developing long-term executive relationships. Working closely with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, consulting, customer success), you will deliver solutions that generate measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentGenerate and qualify new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, campaigns, and industry eventsBuild and maintain a strong and reliable sales pipelineDrive revenue growth by closing new strategic dealsFull Sales Cycle ManagementLead the entire enterprise sales process from opportunity identification to contract signatureIdentify customer needs, decision-makers, governance structures, and buying processesDeliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrationsCoordinate and respond to RFIs/RFPsPrepare commercial proposals, quotes, and statements of workNegotiate SaaS subscription and professional services agreementsAccount Management & ExpansionAct as the primary point of contact for assigned accountsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholdersIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesMonitor account performance and proactively drive growthReporting & ForecastingMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting dataMonitor revenue, accounts receivable, and contract renewalsSupport internal business reviews and account planning processesProfile & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS salesFluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cyclesProven track record of closing high-value strategic dealsAbility to engage and influence C-level stakeholdersStrong negotiation and executive communication skillsResults-driven, autonomous, and customer-orientedExperience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
