Serving more than 100 countries and trusted by Fortune 100 clients, the company has a strong footprint across the Middle East and Africa, empowering enterprises and governments with cutting-edge digital platforms.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our regional team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored SaaS solutions.You’ll work closely with our Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction across the MENA region.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Business Development:Manage a portfolio of enterprise and government clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Develop account plans, proposals, and strategies to grow existing client relationships.Conduct client presentations, product demos, and business reviews.Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with company policies and client expectations.Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and support.Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and goals to position SaaS solutions effectively.Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale satisfaction.Provide insights and feedback from clients to influence product enhancements and innovation.Collaboration & Reporting:Partner with the Marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and events.Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast in CRM tools.Report on account performance, client engagement, and market insights to the regional leadership team.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
