Sales Account Manger

Someone who loves building relationships, solves problems before they’re even raised, and is just as comfortable talking through sales strategy as they are pricing up tote bags.What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact for clients - from onboarding to brief to deliveryTurn inbound leads into loyal long-term clients by understanding their brand, challenges, and goalsPrepare highly engaging quotes and proposalsSpeak directly to customers and be their first point of callCollaborate with our creative and ops team to pitch merch ideas and mockupsKeep HubSpot tidy and up to date (you don’t let tasks slip through the cracks)Assist with prospecting new clients through email, LinkedIn and outreach toolsYou’ll Thrive Here If You…Have 1-2 years in account management, client services or sales (agency, merch or product background a bonus)Are highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressureLoves a phone call, calls are a huge part of this role.Can juggle 10 tabs (and 10 clients) and still write a great follow-up emailLove building genuine relationships - you’re not here to churn and burnAre hungry, curious, confident and quick - you don’t wait to be told what to do nextWant to grow with a business that’s scaling quicklyWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive individual and team commissions - the harder you work, the more you earn.
