Job ResponsibilitiesProvide clerical and administrative support to sales teams.Process & check all daily customer request/order and to follow-up the delivery status.Prepare quotation, delivery order and tax invoice.Handle enquiries & feedbacks for all incoming calls and walk-in customers. Responsible for monitoring daily sales administration and operation.Respond complains from customers and assist all enquiries after sales.Maintain an efficient filing system including CRF, Delivery Order & Tax Invoice.Perform other related tasks assigned by Superior.Responsible on stock planning for sales & service.Responsible for all stock inventories including the incoming and receiving goods.Conducting monthly stock take.Prepare monthly report to Superior.Updating & review dealer progress (e.g. sales target).Responsible to any collection & cash banking.Job RequirementQualification: Candidates must possess at least Diploma qualification. Preferably min. of 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates is acceptable. Training will be provided.Preferably languages Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin as added advantage. Skills & Knowledge: Computer literate.Excellent communication, multi-tasking, self-motivated, pro-active and independent.
