Job Description
Salary: up to 14 mil gross 1/ Responsibility:Commercial Investment Tasks - Understand Commercial Investment and compliance policy which related to support for dealers (such as promotion/ discount/ voucher/ activities support for dealer events.) - Raise Commercial Investment project registration in Paws system to get approval from Managers/ Division Head before activating campaign/ activity. - When the activity ends, collect invoices/related documents from dealers to raise Commercial Investment payout with data prepared by Sales data team.Administration - Support to prepare, issue and get approval for sell-out information & Quarterly letter. Follow Up Commercial Investment Aging - Follow up and make sure process for dealer smoothly operated (Commercial Investment project registration, Commercial Investment payout) to reduce long outstanding Commercial Investment payout.Others - Support other ah-hoc task required by section manger. - Support Sales PIC (Person in Charge) for the other jobs. 2/ Job Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent. - English: Able to communicate in business level. - Experience in sales/ marketing/ accounting or relevant fields is preferable. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Proactive, supportive, service mindset. - Ability to work under strict deadlines. - Good negotiation, communication skill. - Business acumen.
