Job Description

Responsibilities:* Organize and schedule sales team meetings, prepare regular sales performance reports, and assist in monitoring action plans. * Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Operate the CRM system to accurately record and update customer data and document all interactions and track sales opportunities. * Customer File Management: Create, organize, and maintain all customer-related documentation (contracts, orders, correspondence, etc.) for easy access. * Public Relations & Communication, respond to basic inquiries, and contribute to building a positive company image. * Administrative Support: Process sales requests and coordinate logistical procedures with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.Qualifications:* Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software after getting the essential training. * Excellent organizational, administrative, and strong, diplomatic communication skills. * High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
