Sales & Administration Operations Executive – Skill Gate Pvt LtdLocation: NawalaSkill Gate, Sri Lanka’s internationally accredited Lean Six Sigma training and consulting institute, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Administration Operations Executive to drive business growth and ensure smooth operational execution of our programs.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client EngagementDrive end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, proposal preparation, and closing deals for training programs and consulting services.Handle the end-to-end participant enrollments for course programsBuild and maintain relationships with corporate clients, universities, and individual participants to ensure repeat business.Coordinate with trainers to align program offerings with client requirements.Maintain and update databases with sales leads, conversion status, and pipeline forecasts.Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.2. Administration & OperationsOversee and coordinate all administrative aspects of program delivery, including scheduling, venue arrangements, resource allocation, and trainer support.Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.Maintain participant databases, certification records, and digital archives in line with ISO standards.Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and partners for smooth operational execution.Ensure compliance with Skill Gate’s ISO processes in all administrative functions.3. Marketing SupportWork with the marketing team to support digital campaigns, social media posts, and promotional activities for upcoming intakes.Assist in preparing promotional content, brochures, and client presentations.Represent Skill Gate at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.4. Reporting & Performance TrackingGenerate weekly and monthly sales and operational performance reports for management review.Track KPIs including lead conversion rates, customer satisfaction, on-time program delivery, and payment collection timelines.Recommend process improvements based on data insights and feedback.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 2 years’ experience in sales, client servicing, or operations (education /training/consulting preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, organizing, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS OfficeStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
