Salary: £28-32kdoePackage: Quarterly bonus, Annual Pay ReviewOur client is a fast growing UK division of a world leading international food company who are looking to expand their commercial team, bringing on board a Sales Administrative Coordinator to play a key role in the growth of their business.Your Responsibilities:Initially:Handle a range of sales administration tasks, including preparing purchase orders, pro forma invoices, and commercial documentation.Process customer orders and prepare quotations for prospective clients.Maintain and update product data such as descriptions, specifications, and imagery.Provide customers with accurate and timely updates on products and order status.Create and manage sales presentation materials, including catalogues and product sheets.Support communication and reporting between the UK sales team and wider international offices.Work towards and exceed defined performance targets (KPIs).As the role develops:Build and nurture strong relationships with clients across the UK market.Coordinate between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.Support business development initiatives across retail, foodservice, B2B, and specialist channels.Contribute to achieving and surpassing team and individual KPIs.About You:Previous experience in a sales support or customer-facing administrative role within the food manufacturing industry. Exposure to working with KPIs or sales targets would be a strong advantage.Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage several projects at once.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (essential).Confident using the full Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with CRM systems would be beneficial.Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong command of written and spoken English; additional European languages are an asset.Experience with Xero is desirable.Must have valid right to work in the UK.If you are passionate about client success and eager to make a tangible impact in a fast growing UK team then we'd love to hear from you.We are committed to creating diverse and inclusive workplaces and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
