Job Description

Role Summary:The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role helps the sales team focus on selling by handling the backend processes efficiently.Role Responsibilities:Receive and process sales orders from sales team or customer including both domestic and intercompany transactions.Verify order details including product codes, quantities, pricing, discount and delivery terms. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. Manage and archive sales – related document such as contracts, import documents, and other records.Handle warranty claims and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.Respond to basic customer inquiries related to order status and documentation. Support finance team in following up on outstanding payments.Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.Role Requirements:Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), internally and externally.At least 1-2 years related working experiences.Proactive, detail oriented, responsible and well-organized.Experience with SAP is an advantage.Well-versed in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
