Salesforce AdministratorDepartment: Revenue Operations / Sales OperationsRole OverviewOur client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who combines technical Salesforce expertise with a deep understanding of business processes, sales workflows, and revenue operations. The role will focus on maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce environment, automating key workflows, and partnering closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to improve data integrity, process efficiency, and reporting visibility.This position acts as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps, ensuring CRM and automations are fully aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Administration & ConfigurationDesign, build, and deploy workflows, automation rules, and approval processes that enhance sales efficiency and data consistency.Develop custom objects, page layouts, and Salesforce Lightning Apps to improve the internal user experience.Build and maintain Salesforce wizards and custom modules to support new business initiatives and revenue programs.Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data access to maintain platform security and compliance.Implement integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and other RevOps platforms.Revenue Operations EnablementCollaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to map business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.Develop dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into pipeline, forecast accuracy, and rep performance.Continuously assess and improve CRM hygiene, data structure, and reporting accuracy.Support lead management, account segmentation, and territory assignment processes.Optimization & Strategic ProjectsServe as the Salesforce subject matter expert for GTM and leadership teams.Identify opportunities to enhance sales velocity, reduce manual tasks, and expand automation coverage.Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and evaluate their potential to improve operational efficiency.Requirements3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or data-focused company.Proven ability to design custom workflows, flows, and automations.Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, and Process Builder.Familiarity with Revenue Operations, sales processes, and pipeline management.Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, API integrations, and reporting best practices.Exceptional problem-solving skills and business acumen—able to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience with CPQ, HubSpot, or data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.).Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage after 3 monthsWhy This RoleOpportunity to work at the intersection of data, automation, and revenue operations.High-growth environment where your impact on process and efficiency is measurable.Collaborative team culture with autonomy to innovate and drive change.
