About Us We are a diversified group operating across multiple sectors, including:Real Estate Brokerage & Property ManagementCompany Formation & Corporate ServicesTax Consulting & Accounting SolutionsLegal Advisory & Business Support ServicesOur integrated structure allows us to provide clients with comprehensive solutions — from setting up and managing their businesses to maximizing the value of their real estate investments in the UAE.The Sales Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient coordination of property transactions, client servicing, and compliance with RERA and company standards.This role combines sales coordination with property administration, acting as a key link between agents, property owners, tenants, and clients to facilitate smooth operations within the freehold property portfolio.Key responsibilities Support the sales and leasing team in managing property listings, sales documents, and client databases.Prepare and process sales contracts, addendums, renewals, and ensure compliance with RERA and other legal requirements.Maintain accurate records of property ownership, listings, permits, and transaction documentation in company systems and portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).Handle correspondence and communication with landlords, buyers, tenants, and government authorities.Track and follow up on payments, deposits, commissions, and transfer fees, ensuring proper documentation and timely collection.Prepare regular reports on sales, leasing activities, and agent performance for management review.Liaise with maintenance vendors and service providers to address client and property-related needs.Provide day-to-day administrative assistance including scheduling, filing, and responding to client inquiries.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration 2–4 years of experience in property administration, real estate brokerage, or property management, Freehold experience is mandatory.Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and Ejari process.Proficiency in real estate CRM/property listing portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle). Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively. Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
