Your responsibilities include:Consultation and Support: Assist customers with expiring licenses and take ownership of their inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and vendor specifics. Contract Management: Manage license renewal agreements for relevant vendors in accordance with internal and external procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, organizations, and management to develop optimal solutions for our customers. Customer Focus: Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and escalated appropriately when necessary.
