Sales Advisor at Mandaley Brands (Malina & Soft Goat)Mandaley Brands, Malina & Soft Goat is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Flagship Store in Stockholm. This is a one year substitution full-time position with good possibility of extension. Starting date will be beginning of 2026.In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.  RESPONSIBILITIES· Act as an ambassador for SOFT GOAT & MALINA.· Deliver excellent service to customers.· Create and maintain long-term relationships.· Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.· Merchandising and styling.· Plan and execute daily store operations.· Work towards company standards and goals.· Analyze and work towards KPIs and business goals. YOUR PROFILE· Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ABOUT YOU· Passionate about style, communication and storytelling.· Driven and results-oriented.· Able to multitask and solve issues smoothly.· Structured and well-organized.· Agile with an open mindset.· Social and outgoing with a strong interest in people.· Curious to understand customer needs.· Flexible schedule, available to work evenings and weekends.
