Sales Representative – On-Site in Santo DomingoThe ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by building lasting client relationships, managing leads effectively, and closing deals with confidence. This individual will communicate consistently with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.ResponsibilitiesReach out and manage leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactionsPresent products and services persuasively to potential clientsMaintain strong follow-up and deliver excellent post-sale supportAchieve and surpass monthly sales targetsQualifications (Non-Negotiable)Dominican ID or valid work permitProven experience in sales and customer service (required)Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skillsFluency in both English and SpanishDetailsOn-site position, Santo DomingoRegular schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 11 AM – 8 PM (Sundays & Mondays off)Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (weekends off during training)Base salary: 40,000 DOP, plus uncapped commission per closed saleFull-time only – remote/part-time not available⚠️ Please note: Candidates without English proficiency or proven experience in both sales and customer service will be automatically declined.
