Hiring: Sales Agents (11 Openings)Employment Type: Contract (with potential for long-term engagement)Location: LagosA reputable microfinance institution is expanding its Retail Banking Business Unit and is currently seeking passionate and result-driven Sales Agents to join the team in Lagos.Role Overview:The Sales Agent will engage directly with customers to promote and sell the bank’s products and services, including account opening, debit card sales, mobilizing new clients, and driving savings growth.Key Responsibilities:* Identify and acquire new customers for the bank* Promote and sell savings products, debit cards, and related services* Build and maintain strong customer relationships* Meet and exceed sales targets* Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer data to support strategy* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactionsRequirements:* Minimum qualification: OND*Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills*Goal-oriented, confident, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
