The Coordinator will work closely with the New York team and report directly to the Vice President, Artemest USA.Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Artemest clients, designers, and developers on the West Coast. Manage inbound project requests through the CRM system, maximizing every opportunity through proactive outreach and follow-up. Visit clients, design studios, and project sites to present Artemest’s collection, discuss project requirements, and build relationships. Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and FF&E specifications in coordination with the U.S. commercial team and Milan headquarters. Liaise with the Milan operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate pricing, sampling, and order execution. Oversee projects from inquiry through delivery and installation, providing clear communication and a seamless client experience. Maintain organized CRM and project tracking data, ensuring transparency across teams. Assist in preparing client presentations, product selections, and meeting materials. Represent Artemest at local design events and industry gatherings, acting as a brand ambassador.Job RequirementsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, project management, or client support within the design or luxury interiors industry. Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams. Proficiency in CRM systems and strong attention to detail. Confidence conducting client meetings and site visits.
