Job Description
The Sales Manager oversees the performance, coordination, and strategic direction of the Franchise, Business Development, Site Acquisition, and Sales Admin/Telemarketing teams. This role ensures alignment with company goals, drives revenue growth through leadership and process improvement, and acts as the bridge between frontliners and executive management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Manage and align the targets, strategies, and operations of all sales-related teams to achieve company growth objectives· Track KPIs and team productivity, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement coaching plans for improvement and development.· Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of deals, onboarding, and campaigns.· Continuously review sales workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and initiate improvements or pilot programs to drive performance.REPORTS EXPECTED· Weekly Consolidated Sales Report· Departmental KPI Performance Summary· Franchise Pipeline & Closure Report· Site Acquisition Dashboard· Business Development Conversion Report· Sales Admin & Telemarketing Activity Summary· Team Coaching & Performance Monitoring Log· Market & Competitor Insights Report· Quarterly Sales Innovation Proposal
