Sales & Marketing Internship (Cold Calling & New Business Acquisition) – Agents-ian Type: Internship (3 months) – Commission Only (No Fixed Salary) Compensation: 15–20% commissionAbout Agents-ianAgents-ian is an education and consulting company specialized in applied artificial intelligence for businesses. We help executives and business teams to:Implement practical AI training programs for professionals and organizationsDesign and deploy AI agents and automated workflows (Automation & AI Agents)Define strategy and roadmaps for using AI in marketing, sales, and operationsOur goal is to help companies automate repetitive tasks, increase decision-making speed, and significantly boost team output.Position TitleSales & Marketing Intern (Cold Calling & Outreach)Duration: 3 monthsEngagement: Part-time or full-time (negotiable)Location: Remote, with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings if neededImportant: This internship does not include a fixed salary. Compensation is commission-only based on new clients brought to the company.Key ResponsibilitiesDuring this internship, your primary focus will be sales and client acquisition for Agents-ian’s services and training programs:Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to B2B and B2C leadsFollow up with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital channelsProfessionally present and explain the company’s services (AI training programs, AI agents, automation solutions for businesses)Schedule demo/consultation meetings between qualified leads and senior team membersSupport in preparing call scripts, outreach messages, and sales copyAccurately document activities and outcomes in CRM/spreadsheets and report regularly to the CMOLearning & Development OpportunitiesThis internship is designed for you to gain real, hands-on experience in sales and marketing, not just perform basic tasks:Direct mentoring in marketing and sales from the company’s CMO (strategy, sales funnels, messaging, follow-up, objection handling, etc.)Practical exposure to B2B and B2C sales funnels in the education and AI services sectorExperience working with modern tools: CRM, automation platforms, and AI tools for marketing and salesFor those interested:The opportunity to practice and learn how to build AI agents and automation workflows (e.g., using n8n, APIs, sales/support agents, integrations with WhatsApp, websites, etc.)Upon successful completion of the internship and demonstrating professional commitment:You will receive an official Recommendation (for LinkedIn and your CV)There may be opportunities for continued collaboration on a project basis or in future positions, depending on performance and company needsCompensation StructureThis is a commission-only internship with no fixed salaryYou will be paid a 15–20% commission on each new client that you personally bring in and that is successfully closedThere is no cap on earnings; the more deals you close, the more you can earnThis position is ideal for someone who:Wants real-world experience in sales and business developmentIs motivated to earn based on performance while learningHas strong self-discipline and ownership over their workIdeal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who:Are genuinely interested in sales, marketing, and the world of artificial intelligenceAre comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with new peopleCommunicate clearly, respectfully, and professionallyPreferably have good communication skills in Spanish or English (Persian is a plus)Are organized, responsible, and results-orientedHave reliable internet access and the ability to work remotely
