Every team member contributes directly to our growth — and we’re now looking for passionate interns to join our journey.What You Will DoSupport the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day operations and campaigns.Research and identify potential clients (SMEs, F-commerce, service businesses).Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.Participate in client meetings and learn real-world communication strategies.Maintain and update lead databases or CRM systems.Support social media marketing and content planning when needed.Track project progress, client feedback, and performance reports.Collaborate with the team to execute creative growth ideas.What Skills and Experience You’ll NeedPursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.Curious, proactive, and eager to take on challenges in a fast-paced startup.Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, social media, or CRM tools is a plus.A positive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn every day.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relations in a real startup environment.A chance to work on live projects and interact with real clients.Internship Certificate and potential full-time opportunity based on performance.Location: Aftabnagar, Dhaka (On-site)Duration: 3 Months (Full-time Internship)Salary : 8000 BDTHow to Apply Send your CV with cover letter To : jewel@watheta.com Subject line: “Internship Application – Sales & Marketing”
