Some of your responsibilities would include:Be the face of P&G to key customers and sell mutually effective business plans while developing constructive business relationshipsTranslate business plans into practical selling narratives for the customerManaging and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandisingDeveloping marketing plans and selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goalsCollaborating with multi-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plansDerive insights from the data, shopper behavior and execute sales and marketing strategies that will continue to grow our brands profitably for the customerUse analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop insights and provide input into retailer category strategyLead a mix of projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadershipYou will need toBe the point of brand and category expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted business advisorHelp by innovating new solutions to sophisticated business challengesParticipate in diverse multi-functional teams and eventually lead and manage othersJob QualificationsYou should have:A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, any major1 - 3 years of sales/marketing experienceCompleted or been exempted from military serviceAble to travel abroadStrong leadership skillsClear critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communicationsProficiency in using the following computer applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPointAbout UsWe produce globally recognized brands, and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
