The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing trends, and ensuring the company’s services align with customer needs. The individual will also support sales efforts, enhance customer engagement, and assist in developing creative campaigns to promote brand visibility and growth. Cross-functional collaboration will be vital to execute initiatives and achieve marketing goals effectively. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze data, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions.Experience in Sales to support business growth and drive customer acquisition strategies.Proficiency in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with relevant work experience in logistics marketing preferred.Ability to work on-site in Oslo with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.Norwegian level should be C1-C2.Additional Languages are plus .
