Sales And Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a freelance Sales & Marketing Partner based in the Côte d’Azur region (preferably Monaco, Antibes, or nearby) to collaborate with H&A Marine, a Turkish manufacturer specializing in luxury yacht interior and exterior textile solutions.This is a remote, partnership-based position — not a traditional full-time employment role. The selected partner will work independently to develop new business opportunities, build relationships with yacht owners, shipyards, and interior design studios, and represent our brand in the region.Earnings will be commission or profit-share based, depending on project size and performance.Daily responsibilities include:Identifying and reaching out to potential clients and collaboratorsManaging communication with leads and supporting project negotiationsRepresenting the brand during local yacht events, refits, or marina visitsCoordinating with our Istanbul headquarters for product samples, quotations, and deliveriesQualificationsBased in the Côte d’Azur region (Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, or nearby)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsBackground in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in luxury or marine industriesSelf-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independentlyFluent in English (French is a plus)Experience in the maritime, interior, or textile industry is a plusAbout H&A MarineH&A Marine designs and produces premium indoor and outdoor textiles for yachts — including bed linen, towels, table linen, decorative cushions, and crew wear.
