We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our car rental team. The role is responsible for managing rental transactions, promoting value-added services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless rental experience.Key Responsibilities-Greet and assist customers, process rental agreements, and communicate terms and conditions clearly.-Promote optional services and upgrades using effective sales techniques.-Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.-Maintain accurate rental records, manage overdue contracts, and process extensions or vehicle exchanges.-Coordinate with drivers and service staff to ensure timely vehicle availability and customer satisfaction.-Support daily branch operations as assigned.Skills & Requirements-1–2 years of experience in UAE Car Rental Industry-Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills-Ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain high attention to detail-Must be persuasive and able to upsell services-Languages: English (Arabic is an advantage)Job Details-Employment Type: Full-time-Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM-Working Days: Monday to Saturday-Availability: Must be reachable by phone at all timesBenefits-Visa: Provided after a 2-month trial period-Company car and fuel allowance provided-Office Location: Business Bay, Dubai-Yearly increment depending on performanceHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to parashant@lumierecarrental.com
