This is a generalist marketing role with strong digital oversight, ideal for someone who can connect strategy with execution, collaborate across departments, ensuring brand consistency while also identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead marketer for the Velodrome, driving awareness, engagement, and sales through strategic campaign execution across operations, events, partnerships, and commercial teams.Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that maximize reach and conversion across digital platforms, live events, experiential activations, and community initiatives.Build, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with sponsors, cycling and sports brands, federations, and clubs to unlock new revenue opportunities and enhance brand presence.Support the creation and execution of co-branded marketing campaigns and dynamic on-site/in-market activations to drive partner value and generate commercial impact.Oversee and optimize daily digital activity across the website, app, social media, and content channels, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and revenue targets.Brief and manage internal creatives, content producers, and external agencies to deliver high-impact, sales-driven marketing materials and campaigns.Actively represent the marketing function in cross-departmental meetings, contributing to business development strategies and commercial planning.Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of key campaigns through analytics dashboards, providing actionable insights to drive continuous optimization, ROI, and growth.Digital Marketing & Sales-Driven ExpertiseDeep expertise in building and executing digital strategies that drive customer engagement and sales, spanning website, app, email, social media, paid media, and YouTube.Skilled in overseeing SEO, media buying, and analytics functions—partnering with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns that boost visibility and conversion.Confident leader in digital planning sessions, crafting performance-driven briefs that translate marketing goals into measurable sales outcomes.Proficient in evaluating platform performance (GA4, YouTube Studio, CRM dashboards) and turning insights into actionable strategies that optimize the sales funnel.Experienced working across CMS and CRM platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered flawlessly and aligned with revenue goals.Well-versed in customer journey mapping, segmentation strategies, and experience in a marketing role, ideally within sport, lifestyle, venue or entertainment industries A collaborative generalist with strong digital marketing knowledge and campaign leadership experience Track record of managing partnerships and supporting joint marketing and activations Confident communicator and project manager with attention to brand, timing, and stakeholder needs Able to work flexibly and cross-functionally to support event, commercial and operational successExcellent communication skills – written and spoken English (Essential). Other languages are a plus.Willing to work during weekends and extended shifts during event delivery.Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
