Company Description Since its establishment in 2009, Mohona Packages (BD) Limited has been a pivotal provider of backward linkage support to Bangladesh's export-oriented RMG sector. The factory employs modern technologies and semi-automatic machinery from Taiwan, China, and India to produce the highest quality products. With a new state-of-the-art automated facility from Taiwan, it produces over 4000 kilograms of top-grade poly bags. Spread over 26,695 square ft., the factory operates with 120 employees working two shifts every day. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales targets, and promoting the company's products to potential customers. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing training and support to the sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service.
