Responsibilities:Possess an existing client base and develop and implement marketing activities to bring in new customers and service existing customer relationshipsKeep abreast of global oil/energy market movements and conduct research and analysis of markets, monitor demands and supply of the bunker supply to identify business opportunitiesHave a sound understanding of the International Bunker business (Ports / Suppliers / Owners / Charterers / Regulations)Knowledge of the oil market and marine fuel pricing strategies, and knowledge of the maritime shipping industryDevelop effective marketing materials to promote service and value proposition to new and existing customersManage customer portfolio with direct responsibility for negotiating and executing sales transactions -from quoting, negotiating, confirming, delivery, and post- delivery service and supportMonitor customer utilization of company credit lines, payment performance, and assist with collections if necessaryManage any disputes or claims resolution in the event of any disagreements/claimsAssist with development of junior staff and traineesClosely follow the companies group policies and proceduresRequirements:Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualificationMinimum 2 years and above in similar capacity of Sales/MarketingCandidates with a background in oil and gas industry will be an added advantageStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectivelyStrong Analytical SkillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholdersStrong organization skills and have excellent follow up skillsProficient in MS Office Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply Now”.
