The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.ResponsibilitiesProspecting new clients via calls and social mediaAchieving the company’s target for new customer leadsBuilding and maintaining good relationships with clientsIdentifying the services needed by clientsNegotiating agreements through to closingCoordinating client needs with the relevant teamsManaging clients and related teams to ensure collaboration runs on timeQualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in sales, project sales, or marketing salesKnowledge of Export-Import, Logistics, Bonded Zone, and CustomsUnderstanding of logistics, transportation, project industry, heavy equipment, and mining sectorsStrong communication skills (proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is a plus)Highly initiative, proactive, and willing to learnSkilled in negotiation and problem-solvingAble to multitask and work well in a teamProficient in Microsoft Office (especially for presentations)
