Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area with some remote work flexibility. In this role, the specialist will work to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Daily tasks include customer engagement, managing sales activities, conducting market research, handling customer inquiries, and delivering training. Collaborating with the team to identify market opportunities and improve customer satisfaction will also be essential. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with an understanding of sales strategies and techniques.Capability to conduct Training and educate clients or team members on products and services effectively.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and market challenges.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively.Knowledge of analytical laboratory equipment and NDT inspection tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
