Qualifications Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and implement effective strategies.Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating data, market trends, and insights to guide decision-making.Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams, engaging with clients, and delivering presentations.Proven Sales experience and ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.Familiarity with the aluminium industry or related manufacturing sector is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly recommended.
