We are actively engaging with major utilities, EPCs, and contractors to support the energy transition and future grid.Join us as we build our Australian presence and become a key player in the local power cable and energy infrastructure market.Role DescriptionLocation: Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid / Travel as required)We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow TBEA’s presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets. This role will focus on promoting HV/MV cable systems and accessories to utilities, EPC contractors, distributors, and engineering consultants.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop business opportunities with utilities, EPCs, contractors, and distributorsSupport tendering, bidding, and pre-qualification processesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsConduct market research and competitor analysisAssist in marketing campaigns, events, trade shows, and digital brandingCoordinate with the technical and engineering teams in China and AustraliaPrepare proposals, presentations, and customer reportsSupport contract negotiation and project follow-upRepresent TBEA in meetings and industry eventsQualificationsMust-Have:Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyMandarin language skills (oral & written)Fluent in English (oral & written)Nice to Have (Highly Valued):Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably within energy, electrical, power, or infrastructure industry)Experience with HV/MV cables, transformers, substations, or related equipmentExisting network in utilities, EPCs or energy sectorTechnical background or ability to understand engineering specificationsExperience working with international manufacturersUnderstanding of the utility/EPC procurement process (preferred)
