We are looking to strengthen our commercial efforts with a dedicated team member in our Sales & Marketing function. Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to commercial operations in a deep-tech startup environment – including inside sales, customer engagement, digital marketing, website management, and social media (primarily LinkedIn). This role is well-suited for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and motivated to make a real impact in a fast-paced company with a strong international customer base.
Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales & Customer SupportRespond to customer inquiries, qualify leads, and assist with quotations. Maintain CRM data and ensure high data quality and follow-up accuracy. Support the sales pipeline and coordinate with partners and reps. Help resolve customer requests and liaise with internal teams for efficient responses. Marketing & CommunicationDrive and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts aligned with our brand and product strategy. Assist in planning and executing email campaigns and newsletters. Help create marketing and sales materials (presentations, datasheets, product flyers). Track and report on basic marketing KPIs such as LinkedIn engagement and email performance.
Website & Digital PresenceSupport website updates including product content, downloads, and news. Contribute to new content development and help ensure brand consistency. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative. Interest in technology, semiconductors, or the electronics industry is a strong plus. Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and website CMS (e. g. , WordPress). Well-organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Able to travel as needed (up to 20 days/year).
