This role also provides support to reservations and operations to arrange the services for the customers in Asia and Europe.MAJOR TASKS1/ Sales & ReservationsRespond to new business opportunities and enquiries in an accurate, appropriate, and timely mannerEnsure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes and supplier notes updated on the systemWork with Contracting and Operations team to get the best deal from the suppliers for the series trip and Group departure2/ Customer ServiceProvide timely and accurate information and excellent support to external customers (agents, suppliers, and clients) as well as internal customers Resolve customer service issues to customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventive measuresFollow up after sales to ensure customer satisfactionQUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS1/ Experience:Pre graduates or Fresh graduates Experience in sales & reservations is a plus point2/ Skill:Fluent in national local language and EnglishProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication skills for internal & external purposes Good sales skillGood communication and writing skillsHigh standards of customer serviceAble to problem solve and make decisions consulting others as requiredAble to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks3/ Skill:Humble - quick to point out the contributions of others, share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually.Smart - good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and the impact of your words and actionsWHAT WE OFFERAn attractive intern allowanceFlexible working hours Career pathways & professional development – opportunity to work full time after the internshipTravel domestically & overseas as required by the business HOW TO APPLYPlease submit your resume and letter of interest to admin@tmgroup.vn Please be noted that all of your information will be kept confidential and only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
