We are also acknowledged corporate members of key educational associations like the UK Tutors’ Association and Social Enterprise UK.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time (hybrid based) on-site role for a Sales and Success Executive. This person will be responsible for closing new leads, maintaining customer relationships with B2B, B2G and B2C clients, business development and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional support to clients. Additionally, the executive will track and analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings and collaborate with internal teams to meet daily deliverables and company goals.QualificationsCandidate with sales and lead closing experience in the UK market will be preferredCustomer relationship management and client satisfaction skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and remotelyProficiency in CRM software and sales toolsExperience in the UK education sector is a plusJob Details and RewardsJob Title: Sales and Success ExecutiveLevel: Entry or MidOffice Timings (Hybrid): Monday to Friday 1:30 PM till 7:30 PM (6 hours from office and 2 hours WFH).
