Location SingaporeJob SummaryThis Sales Application Engineer is responsible for sales growth and business support activities with Strategic Accounts, OEM and End Users. The Regional Sales Application Engineer is responsible for formulating strategies and implementing plans to grow overall sales revenue and market share for the Business Unit in the specific vertical segments.He/she should ideally have a deep knowledge of the positive displacement pump & gas compression requirement for Aerospace, Semiconductor, Oil & Gas, Industrial Speciality Gas and General Industrial Manufacturing market. Responsibilities are focused on bottom up selling, product awareness and driving sustainable growth through engagement and communication.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for external and internal customers.Prepare technical proposals, required drawings, and design solutions tailored to customer needs.Review tender specifications and customer contracts to ensure compliance and feasibility.Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.Coordinate with engineering, project, and supplier teams to ensure smooth implementation.Provide training and technical guidance to customers and internal staff.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologiesTo establish and maintain constant contacts with procurement, project, and technical personnel at EPCC companies, petrochemical end users and engineering consultants to maximize our opportunity to participate in the project either directly or through distributors.To support on-site training, testing, and commissioning, technical support, pre-order/kick-off meeting, troubleshooting, and solving customers problem under the territory of Indonesia.Basic QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related fieldStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressureExperience with JD Edward or Salesforce systems is a plusAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilities2–5 years of relevant experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong technical foundations are welcomeTravel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsAbility to travel 20% to 30%Key CompetenciesExperience with Hydraulic power system and gas compressor knowledge added advantage Customer OrientationOwnershipBusiness AwarenessNegotiationProblem-solvingSales and technical expertise in pump and gas compression technologies and market
