Job Description
[Overall Management]- Set up of short, and long-term sales strategies based on the overall company strategy- Alignment of dealer targets with the company targets agreed with headquarter- Monitoring, analysis, reporting and adjustments of sales targets within the product pipeline (production, wholesales, retails, stock) vs. budget and forecast- Monthly review and input for the short-term planning- Fleet sales and Used car management- Financial service company management[Area Operation]- Identifies, evaluates, and develops sales opportunities to achieve target volume for dealers- Defines appropriate sales process and activities including communication towards and coordination with marketing as well as cooperation with Financial Services- Consultation on overall dealer human resource management for optimized sales productivity and efficiency[Sales KPI Management]- Provide adequate sales map process for enhancement of efficient and effective sales activities- Communication with dealer to increase the input of sales inquiries- Providing a direction to lead sales inquiries to test drives for making contract[Dealer Management]- Monitor dealer’s capability and performance in terms of Dealer Score Card- Report business updates to BYD management with appropriate and concrete format[Required Skills]-Relevant experience in automotive industry or related field-High-energy, high-integrity individual who can simultaneously drive change while sustaining a culture of team play-Analytical skills including market analysis-Versatile at navigating the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations
