This is a support role focused on ensuring that our sales processes and customer interactions run efficiently.What you’ll doAssist the Sales team with follow-up calls to leads and deals.Prepare and maintain sales reports and tracking documents.Manage inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to keep the customer journey smooth.Support daily administrative tasks related to sales operations.What we’re looking forUniversity student in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (technical studies also considered).High school diploma accepted if prior experience as a bilingual Sales Assistant is demonstrated.1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, or similar roles.English proficiency B1–C1 (required).Strong computer and CRM system skills.Excellent verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Competencies: effective communication, time management, self-motivation, responsibility, and professional ethics.Availability to work 100% on-site, Monday to Friday.Why work at Listaso?Because this is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to grow, contribute, and enjoy what you do.
