With international certifications including GDP and CEIV Pharma, they are committed to delivering safe, competitive, and innovative logistics services across Southeast Asia and the global market.Job RoleThe Assistant Sales Manager – Ocean Freight will lead business development efforts to expand LX Pantos’s sea freight customer base. The role focuses on direct selling, client acquisition, and key account management, targeting local and multinational companies that require international freight and 3PL logistics solutions. This is a strategic commercial position requiring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong market insight, and the ability to build profitable, long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers for ocean freight and 3PL solutions.Develop tailored logistics proposals and pricing strategies to meet client requirements.Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high service satisfaction.Coordinate with internal operations and pricing teams for solution design and execution.Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.Experience:At least 5 years of experience in Sales functions.Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales experience in freight forwarding, ocean freight, or 3PL.Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and managing client portfolios.Strong knowledge of freight pricing, route optimization, and logistics solutions.Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of freight/3PL business operations, especially ocean cargo.Experience managing tenders, doing pricing simulations, designing freight-solution suggestions.Language Skills: English and Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional Qualities: High initiative, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Job Code: #419
