Job DescriptionAssist with deliveries of Premier Products with a strong focus on maintaining and growing volumes through customer serviceKey ResponsibilitiesBread SalesLoading and off-loading of breadMonitoring of stockProducts picked according to invoiceShelves packed according to SOPQuality of bread is checked - no damaged bread is delivered to customers, damaged bread separated as procedureDamaged crates are separated as per procedureDamaged items are reported to Salesman DriverEnsure crates are returned daily according to SOPEnsure proper product handling to reduce returns and damagesCustomer communication is enforced to ensure correct ordering and management of crates at customerSafe working practicesQualification RequirementsGrade 12 (with Maths being advantageous for career development)Experience RequirementsValid code C1 license & PDP - essentialAt least 1 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry with emphasis on customer service FMCG background and sound knowledge of breadOther RequirementsPressurised environment6-day positionRequired to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and 24/7 standbyWorks with heavy products/ equipment - physical strengthRequired to work long hoursKey OutputsAbility to function in a teamGood communication skillsAbility to work under pressureBe self-motivatedAttention to details
