Sales Assistant – Regional Sales SupportOn Site🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST 🗣 English Level: Advanced (9.0–10.0)Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Regional Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, highly organized, and eager to build strong customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in coordinating meetings, managing CRM data, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between sales and operations.ResponsibilitiesMeeting Coordination & Logistics: Schedule and organize virtual/in-person meetings with prospects.Prospect Follow-Up: Serve as the main point of contact for new prospects post-introduction.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.Order Entry: Process orders for existing customers and perform updates as needed.Administrative Support: Complete forms and documents to assist the sales process.Note: This role does not involve cold calling.
