This role involves supporting the sales process through outbound prospecting, handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and assisting account managers throughout the client acquisition cycle.✅ Your core responsibilities::• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce available funding solutions.• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on warm leads promptly.• Qualify prospects based on company criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions in the CRM system.• Assist in preparing client documentation and ensuring application completeness.• Support account executives in closing deals by providing administrative and communication support.• Meet and exceed daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.🔍 What We’re Looking For:• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in a financial or business services environment).• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).• Strong communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.• Experience using CRM software to track leads and manage client information. Preferred Skills: • Experience in B2B sales or financial services.• Familiarity with outbound sales processes and cold calling.• Knowledge of small business lending, funding programs, or financial products.• Comfortable working in a target-driven remote environment. Personality: • Confident and persuasive communicator.• Energetic, proactive, and resilient under pressure.• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
