Job DescriptionWe're Hiring: Sales AssociatesLocation: Banasthali, KathmanduWork Hours: 7:45 PM – 4:45 AM NPT (Monday to Friday) Join Appsha – Where Digital Presence Meets Simplicity.Appsha empowers individuals and businesses to manage everything from bio links to social engagement, contacts, analytics, and more - all in one place.We’re expanding our team and looking for Sales Associates who are creative, proactive, and ready to make an impact.Role Overview: We’re hiring a Sales Associate to join our growing team at Appsha.You’ll connect with small business owners across the US, helping them discover how our web design and SEO services can boost their visibility and bring real results.What you’ll do:Identify and reach out to small business leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn.Understand client needs and present tailored web and SEO solutions.Coordinate with our marketing and operations teams for smooth project handover.Maintain lead pipelines and follow-ups using CRM tools.Achieve monthly targets and contribute ideas to refine our sales process.What we’re looking for:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Understanding of web design and SEO basics (we’ll train the right candidate).Self-driven and comfortable working across US time zones.Prior sales experience (agency or SaaS background preferred).
