Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Lekki for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling property units, managing customer relationships, hosting property viewings, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, understanding client requirements, closing sales deals, and coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience in property marketing and estate agencyProficiency in market research and analysisAbility to meet sales targets and close deals effectivelyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is beneficialPrior sales experience in the real estate industry is a plus
