Job PostSales AssociateApply »Company: Una Malan Inc.Duration: Full-timeDate Posted: 08/25/25Category: Sales & MarketingLocation: West HollywoodSalary: 50-100kJob DescriptionWe are seeking a driven, dedicated and open-minded professional with a passion for design and the ability to tackle diverse challenges effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Interior Designers to provide accurate quotes, assist in design selections and details for each order, and maintain communication throughout the entire quotation, production and delivery processAdapt to changing tasks, deadlines, and objectives with agility.Build and nurture a strong client base using your industry knowledge, passion for sales, and existing relationships.Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and contractors to achieve project goals.Manage personal client outreach, including emails and event invitations, to support sales initiatives.Host appointments at our Los Angeles Showroom, showcasing a curated collection of bespoke furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories—designed or hand-selected by Una Malan.Participate in exclusive client appointments at Una Casa Privada, an experiential design destination curated by Una Malan, featuring beloved and emerging designer collections across furnishings, lighting, art, and accessories.Provide a high level of personalized client service, managing projects to exceed customers and set a high standard of warmth and professionalism in welcoming clients, vendors and colleagues.Maintain a beautiful, welcoming space, including organizing merchandise display, fabric samples and other key showroom duties.Job RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior design industry or a related background in internal sales, order processing, customer service, or field sales.A dynamic and open-minded personality with strong communication skills and acute attention to detail.Ability to think cross-functionally and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.Passion for sales and interior design.About Our CompanyWhat We Offer:A diverse role with significant personal responsibility in a growing company.Collaboration with creative, motivated colleagues within a close-knit team.Opportunities for growth and development within exciting projects.A company culture that values new ideas and innovation.Una Malan is an internationally recognized interior design luminary, renowned for her sophisticated taste and approach.
