Job Description

KEY FUNCTIONBe responsible for ensuring great client experience and driving sales achievement.Brand Ambassador:Represent Brand guaranteeing that the Brand image is correctly perceived by clients and implement the brand strategyActively participate in all CRM activities and ensure correct implementation of client-telling strategyClient-telling:Execute a proper Selling Ceremony process (Welcoming, Exploration, Proposal, Closing & Service and Customer follow-up), in order to ensure that the Brand image is properly perceived by clientsEnsure that the client-telling process is properly executed in the store in accordance to the company guidelines and business strategiesRecruit and convert new clients, and maintain existing clientsCapture and update all client information accordingly to company tools to retain accurate client dataOperational Management:Ensure proper back of house maintenance and stocks managementParticipate in all inventory, cycle counts and goods receptions to maximize efficiency at work, ensuring store operations at optimum operational standardsWork with SIC on controlling and maintaining the Visual Merchandizing of the store, proposing improvement to the VM team to maximize the salesGive support to the SIC elaborating reports in order to establish action plans to achieve the objectivesCollaboration and Team Management:Work with SIC on creating good atmosphere of the store and to ensure excellent teamworkAs a team, work collaboratively on the respective store objectives and KPIs in accordance to the company’s business strategiesCoordinate with the SIC in the implementation of training and tools that help to achieve the objectives by creating a constant learning environmentAble to work as a role model to fully support SIC to achieve store sales target and guide new staffs (buddy system)Store and Back Office:Proficient and accurate use of POSParticipate in all inventory, cycle counts and merchandize receptionEnsure store functional maintenanceRespect stockroom guidelineRequirements:Minimum 1 years of retail experience, luxury is preferableKnowledge of luxury industry with fashion sensitivity consistent with the brandExcellent interpersonal communication, organization and follow-through skillsTaste for Challenge and Exceeding Objectives.Passion for Luxury and Product oriented.
