Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Athens, with the flexibility to work from home periodically. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing tailored logistics solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting client meetings, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure client needs are met. Supporting the development of new markets and maintaining detailed knowledge of company services will also be critical components of this role. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skillsProficiency in sales, lead generation, and client outreachUnderstanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain managementOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectivelyAbility to work in a hybrid environment with some in-office and remote responsibilitiesExperience with CRM tools and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the shipping, freight, or logistics industry is advantageous
